  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil swap with a neutral oil if preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, creamy feta cheese, plain Greek yogurt, and granulated sugar. Pulse for 10-15 seconds until blended into a chunky but smooth consistency.
  2. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil and blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste and make any necessary adjustments. If desired, add red pepper flakes and pulse briefly to distribute.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour to chill and meld flavors.
  5. Before serving, stir the dip to mix well. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks, pita bread, or crackers.
