Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Mash the avocado until mostly smooth with some small chunks for texture.
  2. Combine chickpeas, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the mashed avocado.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds per side or microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  4. Lay a warm tortilla flat, scoop filling into the center, and add extra toppings if desired.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure the filling.
  6. Slice each wrap diagonally before serving.
