  • 2 tbsp ketchup low-sugar option preferred
  • 1 tbsp mustard Dijon recommended
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning adjust to taste
For Toppings
  • 1/2 cup pickles or cucumbers
  • 1 cup lettuce any leafy green

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dice red potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and cook potatoes for 16-18 minutes until crispy.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add diced onions and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high. Add ground beef, smashing into the pan while cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Assemble bowls by layering crispy potatoes, smashed beef, caramelized onions, shredded cheese, and drizzling with sauce. Add pickles and lettuce as toppings.
