Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken bites seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add unsalted butter, and melt. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Toss in chicken bites with garlic butter for a minute.
  4. In a saucepan, melt more butter, add garlic, then pour in heavy cream and broth. Simmer gently and whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and creamy sauce, tossing well. Add reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick. Plate pasta and top with chicken bites. Garnish as desired.
