- Begin by cutting off the rind of a ripe, juicy watermelon, removing all the green skin. Chop into small cubes.
- Take a Ninja Creami pint container and fill it with diced watermelon cubes up to the max fill line.
- Pour unsweetened coconut water into the container until it reaches the max fill line.
- Secure the lid and place in the freezer for at least 12-24 hours.
- When ready, microwave the pint container for about 30 seconds to loosen. Place it in the Ninja Creami and select the 'Sorbet' setting.
- Check the consistency after the initial spin and re-spin if chunky to achieve your desired texture.
