- Step 1: Allow the burrata to come to room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
- Step 3: Place one slice of bread in the pan and spread spinach pesto over it.
- Step 4: Break the warmed burrata into pieces and cover the pesto with it.
- Step 5: Top with another slice of bread and cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Step 6: Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
- Step 7: Slice and serve immediately while hot.
