Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken by soaking the thighs in buttermilk for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Prepare the coating by mixing flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in the seasoned flour mixture until well-covered.
  4. Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat, aiming for 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the chicken for 5–7 minutes on one side, flipping to cook for another 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Make the dill pickle aioli by combining mayonnaise and dill pickle juice until smooth.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing fried chicken on buns, adding dill pickle slices and a dollop of aioli.
