- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ¾ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Add in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter mixture for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted.
