Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round.
  3. Press the flattened biscuit rounds into the muffin cups to create a cup shape.
  4. Add about a tablespoon of pizza or marinara sauce into each dough cup.
  5. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce in each cup.
  6. Evenly distribute your chosen toppings into each cup.
  7. Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on top of the filled cups.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until tops are bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before removing.
  10. Transfer to a cooling rack, garnish, and serve warm.
