Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Carefully place the marinated chicken strips onto the hot grill or pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. While the chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Warm the pita bread and assemble the chicken and garlic sauce. Serve with fresh veggies.
