  • 2 tablespoons Butter can be swapped with vegan butter or coconut oil
  • to taste Salt fundamental seasoning
  • to taste Pepper fundamental seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika optional but adds warmth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning optional yet highly recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice apple cider vinegar works as a substitute
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese omit for a vegan version

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until tender and golden.
  3. Incorporate the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and sprinkle Parmesan cheese if desired. Toss to combine and serve hot.
