Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it is flat and smooth.
- In a medium bowl, combine your Greek yogurt with frozen blueberries. Use a spatula to gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt-blueberry mixture and place each scoop onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- About 10 minutes before the clusters are ready, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Once melted, let the chocolate mixture cool for about 5 minutes.
- Using two forks, carefully dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- If desired, sprinkle flaky sea salt over the coated clusters, then return them to the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Notes
Store your Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Clusters in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Allow clusters to sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before serving for the best texture.
