  3. Knead the Dough: Transfer dough to a floured surface, kneading for about 10 minutes until soft and elastic.
  4. Let the Dough Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  5. Prepare Filling: Roll the dough into a 20x10 inch rectangle, spread ube halaya, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
