Step-by-Step Instructions for Greek Yogurt Naan
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt until they are evenly distributed.
- Gradually fold in 1 cup of Greek yogurt using a spatula or your hands, mixing until a dough begins to form.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly for about 1-2 minutes, until it feels smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough into a bowl and cover it with a damp kitchen towel. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
- After resting, divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place one naan into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until small bubbles form and the underside is golden brown.
- As soon as each naan is cooked, brush it with melted butter or olive oil mixed with fresh garlic or herbs for added flavor.

Notes
For best results, avoid over-kneading the dough and ensure proper heat control during cooking.
