Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into small, compact oval koftas, about 2-3 inches long, and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C) and brush the grill grates with olive oil.
  4. Grill the koftas for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt until creamy.
