  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped, for topping.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds For garnish.

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and toss with cornstarch until well-coated.
  3. Spread the florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, minced garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine the crispy cauliflower in a large bowl with the warm sauce and toss until well-coated.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving warm.
