Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, nut milk, and melted ghee until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond flour, everything bagel seasoning, milled flax seed, and paprika. Mix well and reserve half.
  4. Dredge each chicken tenderloin in the egg wash, then coat in the breading mixture.
  5. For air frying, spray the basket with cooking spray, arrange the tenders, and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. For baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray, and bake tenders for 16 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with extra seasoning before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
