Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing each horizontally to create thinner cutlets. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a dredging station: bowl 1 with seasoned flour, bowl 2 with beaten eggs, and bowl 3 with panko mixture.
  3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip into eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Arrange the chicken cutlets in a single layer.
  5. Cook cutlets for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
