- Boil a large pot of salted water. Once boiling, cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then toss in fresh spinach and stir for 2 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer and then add Parmesan cheese until melted.

- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
