  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in 2.25 cups of half-and-half, bring to a gentle boil, and simmer for 4 minutes.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Reserve 0.5 cup of pasta water, drain pasta, mix with sauce, Parmesan, and parsley.
