Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix spices and sprinkle over chicken. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion and jalapeños for 3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Set aside.
  4. Add remaining olive oil to skillet. Brown chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Add cooked chicken and aromatics back to skillet. Stir in basil and ginger, cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve over brown rice or preferred grain, garnished with additional basil.
